The data we handle depends on how you use the website.

• Contract: identification and contracting data such as Brazilian taxpayer and identity numbers, date of birth, addresses, project information, and payment terms when you use this form.

• Provide services and perform contracts: to organize the project, fulfill the contract, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
• Protect the website and forms: to prevent abuse, fraud, and automated submissions, and to protect the rights of Maribe and third parties.
• Remember optional preferences: with your consent, to retain your chosen language, accessibility settings, and viewing mode for future visits.

Maribe does not sell personal data. Data is shared only when necessary to operate the website, handle requests, protect forms, or comply with obligations.

• Hostinger: website hosting and authenticated email delivery.
• Google and Gmail: receipt, storage, and organization of messages submitted through the forms.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: bot and abuse prevention using technical signals such as IP address and browser characteristics. Maribe does not send the form contents to Turnstile.
• unpkg: delivery of the icon files used by the interface, which may involve receiving technical connection data.
• Public authorities: when required by law, a valid order, or the need to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

Some providers may process data outside Brazil according to their infrastructure and data protection rules.

Personal data may be accessed only by the person responsible for Maribe and, when necessary, by an authorized technical support provider, exclusively for maintenance, security, testing, and troubleshooting. Access is limited to what is necessary and is subject to confidentiality and data protection duties.

• Contacts that do not become projects: up to 12 months after the last interaction.
• Unapproved proposals: up to 24 months after the last interaction.
• Clients, contracts, and completed projects: during the relationship with Maribe and afterward for the periods required to comply with legal and accounting obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
• Technical security records: for the shortest period necessary to prevent abuse and investigate failures.
• Privacy choices: for up to 12 months unless you change your preference earlier.

Under applicable law, you may request confirmation and access, correction, information about sharing, anonymization, blocking, deletion, or portability when applicable. You may also withdraw consent and object to processing in the circumstances provided by law.

• Functional: remember language, accessibility settings, and project viewing mode. They are optional and may be rejected without preventing the main use of the website.

You may change your decision at any time through the “privacy preferences” link in the footer. When permission is withdrawn, functional records maintained by the website are removed.
