Who may receive the data
Maribe does not sell personal data. Data is shared only when necessary to operate the website, handle requests, protect forms, or comply with obligations.
- Hostinger: website hosting and authenticated email delivery.
- Google and Gmail: receipt, storage, and organization of messages submitted through the forms.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: bot and abuse prevention using technical signals such as IP address and browser characteristics. Maribe does not send the form contents to Turnstile.
- unpkg: delivery of the icon files used by the interface, which may involve receiving technical connection data.
- Public authorities: when required by law, a valid order, or the need to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
Some providers may process data outside Brazil according to their infrastructure and data protection rules.
Who can access the data
